Engage Your Energy... Enhance Your Life!
August 17 to August 23, 2008
Wouldn't
it be wonderful to pull out of that "down in the dumps" feeling in
a matter of moments? Have you ever wondered how in the world you could
get just a little more energy to make it through your day? Is there
something you can teach your child or grandchild to help them understand
their schoolwork better? What if there was a way to turn off the stress
and turn on the joy? The answer to all these questions and many more
just like them is: "You absolutely can...with Energy Medicine."
Our bodies are an amazing latticework of energies that shape the way
we feel, the way we think, and the way we live. When we learn to understand
the language of this energy, we can optimize our body's own natural
capacity to heal. We can bring in fresh energy, and get that extra
boost we need. We can open our minds to intuition and inspiration.
And we can open our hearts to experience even more joy. In short, we
can change our lives!
Join us in this hands-on workshop, where you will:
- Experience the subtle yet dynamic nature of your own energies
and learn how to communicate with them
- Learn simple techniques to boost your immune system
- Understand how your spirit influences and guides your life experience
through your body's energies
- Discover the subtle aspects of the "fight or flight" response
and learn how to get off of perpetual alert
- Learn about the interweaving principles of the Cayce readings
and Donna Eden's Energy Medicine
- Balance your chakras
- Discover the amazing energy of the Extraordinary Meridians
- Reclaim your joy!
Here's what people who have taken an Energy Medicine workshop with
Denise and Ellen have to say about their experience:
"Everyone needs this!!" W. R.
"I feel great that I have tools to take home with
me for everyday use. Tools, not just theory!" K. R.
"I learned life giving and life supporting techniques
that I'll continually use and share." G.S.
"Another superb workshop! Thank you both for sharing
your radiance with us and teaching us how to be radiant beings
also!" N. T.

Every August at A.R.E. Camp's Adult Retreat participants
are offered the chance to envelop themselves in the natural beauty of
a remote valley tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains, and experience
a spiritual community based on the concepts in the Edgar Cayce readings.
Each morning a resource person leads workshops on the topic for the week.
Each afternoon participants can either relax in the beauty of the Camp
setting or take part in any number of led activities, such as walks in
the woods or hikes up the mountain; crafts such as tie dye or journal-making;
or more discussion on the topic for the week. Evening activities such
as campfires, a talent show/coffee house, or vespers highlight the week.
