Lynn Sparrow Christy is a writer, energy worker and individual mentor who brings more than 30 years' experience to her lectures, seminars, and client sessions. She is certified as a Master Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Personal Coach and Time Line Therapy Practitioner. She is also a certified trainer of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. As the author of Reincarnation: Claiming Your Past and Creating Your Future and Edgar Cayce and Christian Faith , as well as the home-study courses How to Discover Your Past Lives  and Meditation Made Easy, Lynn has been a popular speaker, both nationally and internationally, for the last 25 years. In her private practice, Lynn offers a multi-disciplinary approach that engages mind, body and spirit to achieve the results you want. Lynn's initial interest in hypnosis began during high school, when she first began reading books on the subject. A fascination with this topic led her to the Edgar Cayce story, which broadened her perspective on not only the potentials of hypnosis, but more importantly the potential within us all for an expansive, spiritual consciousness. Over the course of three subsequent decades of involvement with the Cayce work, Lynn began to work more directly with hypnosis in the context of spiritual development seminars. Perennially fascinated with the questions, "How and why do people change?" and "Why do we so often stay stuck in unfulfilling patterns?", Lynn's quest has led to a coupling of some of today's best change technologies with deep grounding in spiritual ideals and practices.

Lynn lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Larry Christy, her son, Ryan Sparrow, and Pip and Sas, the cats who run the house.
