Program Description

Sidney Kirkpatrick Legacy 2014Long before psychic mediums John Edward or Sylvia Browne there was a poor Kentucky farm boy named Edgar Cayce whose life-transforming concepts and amazing psychic readings made him the father of holistic medicine and the engine behind what became the New Age movement. It has not been until now, however—when Sidney D. Kirkpatrick, internationally acclaimed New York Times bestselling author of Edgar Cayce: An American Prophetwas given full and unrestricted access to Edgar Cayce's papers-that the real story of the "sleeping prophet" can be told. Learn what Edgar Cayce said about the role of women in the founding of the Christian Church, what he told Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla about the nature of electricity and anti-gravity, about why the stars and planets influence human behavior, why the soul of a newborn chooses its parents, and which Cayce-inspired beauty aids were used by influential people like Marilyn Monroe.

Throughout this insightful day you will explore and gain insights from three important facets in the Cayce readings:
  • Edgar Cayce: Prophet for the 21st Century—the man and his legacy, and his message for us today
  • Forever Engaged: Cayce's Soul Group—what you can learn from their experiences
  • Light and laughter in the Cayce readings—fascinating stories, humorous anecdotes, and soul growth wisdom

Edgar Cayce's trance readings are more than just a source of wisdom, inspiration and practical advice. They are, at times, outrageously funny. Sidney will take you on a light-hearted tour through the Akashic Records, torments, trials and temptations, and Mars Madness. As Cayce himself advised, "if you lose the ability to laugh, you lose the ability to be joyous."

Sidney also provides a picture window into the inner workings of the dedicated community of men and women who were Cayce’s soul group. Out of their challenges and rewards have come a legacy of light, harmony, and self-empowerment. You will understand what Cayce’s soul group learned, how they learned it, and what you can learn from these stories found in the Cayce vault. Discover why Edgar Cayce has become the prophet for the 21st Century and how we can each identify and work within our own soul groups to bring love, joy, and miracles into our own lives.

This special day-long event with Sidney Kirkpatrick will be filled with stories, seldom seen slides, movie clips, and lots of answers to your questions about Edgar Cayce and the creation of the A.R.E., and how the message of his work is relevant to you today. You will also have an opportunity to sign up to view the Cayce readings amazing “Aurascope” device.

“. . . there are no short cuts to knowledge, to wisdom, to understanding— these must be lived, must be experienced by each and every soul.”
