Awakening to Wholeness:
Integrating Your Body, Mind, and Soul
C. Norman Shealy, PhD, MD
Edgar Cayce’s health readings are as timely now as ever.
Decades ago, he emphasized the importance of diet,
attitudes, emotions, exercise, and the patient’s role—
physically, mentally, and spiritually—in the treatment of illness.
As a result, he has been called "the father of holistic medicine"
and has been recognized for describing the workings of the
human body and foreseeing the direction of health care. More
and more physicians and health practitioners are returning to
the simpler, more natural treatments as recommended in
the Cayce readings.
This interactive and insightful program, led by renowned
holistic health pioneer Dr. C. Norman Shealy, will explore the
interconnectedness of the body-mind-spirit and how
maintaining balance among the three areas is important to our
quality of life as well as our spiritual advancement. With his
down-to-earth, practical advice and lifetime of experience, Dr.
Shealy will help guide you toward wholeness and explore:
- medical intuition and energy medicine as essential
elements for self-healing
- how most conventional and processed foods are poisoning
our bodies and what we can do to reverse the damage
- what supplements, foods, and activities can significantly
prolong our wellness and increase our energy and vitality
- working with the mind, attitudes, and emotions to optimize
your spiritual ideal
- simple practices and tools to release toxic stress and increase
spiritual and physical strength
It is virtually impossible to discuss body, mind, and spirit as
individual entities, as they are intricately interwoven and interdependent.
The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. As Edgar
Cayce said many times, mind is the builder and the physical
body is the result. Your body is your soul incarnate, which provides
human life—and spirit is the connection of your soul to the Divine.
Almost 10,000 of the over 14,000 readings Edgar Cayce
gave were health-related!
"Know that there is within self all healing that may be
accomplished for the body. For all healing must come
from the Divine. For who healeth thy diseases? The
source of the Universal Supply."
Edgar Cayce reading 4021-1
PAST ATTENDEES SAY:
"(Dr. Shealy’s) seminar was just amazing—I found myself captivated
with his every word.”
"Enlightening, fascinating, and most importantly
practical and immediately applicable information."
"I especially liked
how knowledgeable Dr. Shealy is, not only (that) he has answers for
all kinds of questions, but he explains things well, in a personable way
with a sense of humor."
