Friends and volunteers of the Edgar Cayce work and the A.R.E. Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA, USA, are located throughout the globe, sponsoring conferences, discussion groups, and a variety of activities.

Today there are twenty-nine officially recognized Edgar Cayce centers in twenty-five different countries. These centers help to disseminate the Edgar Cayce information locally, offer programs and spiritual growth discussion groups, and publish newsletters or bulletins in various languages. Some offer their own services such as a local membership, a lending library, therapies.
