HOW TO GET TO ASILOMAR
No matter where you're coming from, it's easy to get
to Asilomar from area highways, as well as numerous airports. The Monterey
Peninsula Airport (MRY) is just 8 miles from Asilomar. The airports in San Jose and
San Francisco are also served by the Monterey Airbus, an airport shuttle service that
can bring travelers right to the door.
The Monterey-Salinas Transit bus system stops at the
Monterey airport. The buses are clean and wheelchair accessible. The fare to
Asilomar is $1.75 one way, and the total trip is about 30 minutes. Take any number
of Monterey-bound buses. Ask for a transfer when you board. Transfers are free.
Tell the driver to announce the Monterey Transit Center, which is where you will
disembark and transfer to the #1 Asilomar bus. There is rarely more than a 5-
minute wait at the transfer point. The #1 bus will let you off at the front gate to the
Asilomar Conference Grounds. MST buses also have room for two bicycles per bus.
For more information, visit the Monterey-Salinas Transit website.

TO INSURE YOUR ROOM RESERVATIONS.
Asilomar must receive your housing form
prior to May 20, 2013. Requests submitted after May 20, 2013, will be filled as space
is available. If rooms are not available on the Asilomar campus after May 20, 2013, you
may want to consider rooming off-grounds.
In addition to tuition fees, an off-grounds fee of
$12.00 per day (or $36.00 for the entire conference) will be collected by the registrar
from those staying off-grounds and attending the conference (Asilomar charges this fee
for use of their facilities). Meal tickets may be purchased from Asilomar if you would like
to share meals with our group.
RETREAT TUITION FEES:
Tuition fees are submitted separately from Room and Board.
Fill out the Tuition Registration Form and mail with your payment to the HQ Registrar
at the address shown on the form. To take advantage of the early registration savings,
