Lama Surya Das is one of the foremost Western
Buddhist meditation teachers and scholars. The Dalai
Lama affectionately calls him “The Western Lama.” He has
spent nearly forty years studying Zen, Vipassana, Yoga, and
Tibetan Buddhism, and is an authorized lama in the Tibetan
Buddhist order, and a meditation master, chant master, and
spiritual activist. Lama Surya Das is the author of the bestselling
trilogy: Awakening the Buddha Within, Awakening to
the Sacred, and Awakening the Buddhist Heart, as well as the recently released
Buddha Standard Time. In 1991 he established the Dzogchen Centers and

Swami Priyaananda began her yoga practice over
thirty years ago and serves as one of Integral Yoga’s senior Raja
Yoga instructors, managing the Living Yoga Training Program

James Van Auken, MBA, a graduate of St. Leo University,
is a mindfulness practitioner and the educational business
manager for Atlantic University. He is a faculty member for AU
and the Cayce/Reilly® School of Massotherapy, where he teaches
courses on meditation, listening and dialogue, and leadership.
He has studied mindfulness with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh
and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Dawn Hogue, MA, CMT, a graduate of the Cayce/Reilly® School of Massotherapy and Naropa University, has a
Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology. A long-time student of
the Cayce readings, she has worked in the healing arts for over
fifteen years. She is passionate about aiding others on their path
