the practice of moment-to-moment awareness,
is the ability to purposefully pay attention to things we ordinarily never give a moment's thought to. It is a way of paying attention to everyday activities and interactions, and a way of looking deeply into oneself in the spirit of self-inquiry, selfunderstanding, and enlightenment.
