These four weeks are designed to assist you in becoming who you are destined to be. Take the next step in “coming home” as you embrace this destiny and discover how to live and embody it. In this eGroup, you will learn to acknowledge your power and make soul choices. You will discover how to open yourself to the infinite possibilities available to each of us so that you might co-create in your own unique way as you fulfill your soul’s contract for this lifetime. In doing so, you will shine a bright light, showing the way for others.
Week One: Our Spiritual Contract
Learn about the sacred contract you agreed to before incarnating into this lifetime. Discover which chakra you perceive the world through and how this relates to your contract. Learn Cayce’s interpretation of the meaning of numbers and the enneagram (a sacred tool for self-discovery) to identify your personality, your life-path number, and the positive attributes of each. Use this information to understand the underlying nature of what you have chosen to accomplish spiritually in this life. During a guided visualization particular focus will be placed on the evolutionary nature of this contract in regard to your soul development and assist you in using your divine potential to fulfill your contract.
Week Two: Releasing the Old
Understand the primary fear that you came into this lifetime to release – the one represented by your enneagram personality and your birthday numbers. Learn how this fear may have been created and ways to overcome it. Take a journey of cleansing and healing during which you express forgiveness and replace your fear with love and gratitude. In a guided visualization, “travel” to one of the planets in our solar system, to another plane of consciousness as indicated by Cayce. There you will release the old limiting pattern and transform this fear in a way to serve you in your process of becoming who you came here to be.
Week Three: Conscious Creating
Acknowledge your power and learn to manifest those things that will further you on your path of realizing your destiny. Discover your expression number and how it symbolizes the natural talents you possess – assisting you in following your life’s purpose. With the help of spiritual guidance, learn how to evalute possible outcomes and choices using these innate abilities before making decisions. A guided visualization will lead you in “star dancing” to bring into your reality something to help you right now on your journey.
Week Four: Becoming
Learn about your limitless potentiality as you live your life in a way that embodies your life path and the highest aspect of your enneagram identified personality. Discover your soul urge number representing your heart’s yearning, and how it feels to be “at home” with it. Identify elements or conditions that you desire in your life to fulfill your calling. Practice “soul smiling” during a guided visualization in which you will collapse the timeline and experience yourself as the person you are destined to be – bringing it even closer to fruition.
Each week will include reading materials and exercises available online; guided visualizations; journaling; and both group sharing and individual dialogue with Nancy Eubel via the on-line bulletin board.

 Nancy L. Eubel, is a master clinical hypnotherapist, past-life regressionist, and shamanic practitioner, who has studied current and past-life therapies in the U.S, India and Turkey. She is the author of the A.R.E. Press book Mindwalking: Rewriting Your Past to Create Your Future. She is a former Executive Director of the A.R.E., taught the Dreams and Meditation Class for the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy, and was also a hypnotherapist at the A.R.E. Health Spa in Virginia Beach. She mentors several eGroups and has been a frequent speaker at A.R.E. programs across the country.
Nancy’s extensive travels have taken her many places around the world including India, China, Nepal, and Tibet. She also led an A.R.E. Tour to Tibet. Her places of study include Culver-Stockton College, Loyola University of Chicago, the Tibetan Nyingma Institute, and the Berkeley Psychic Institute.
Prior to her work with the A.R.E., Nancy was a corporate controller, has an MBA in accounting, and was a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), a member of the Board of the International Association For Regression Research and Therapies, Inc. (IARRT), the Society for Shamanic Practitioners (SSP), and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS).
Nancy has a private hypnotherapy/past-life regression practice in Northern California.

What's an eGroup?
Your A.R.E. eGroup will meet on an Internet discussion board. This discussion board has been created especially for A.R.E. by BulletinBoards.com, a secure Internet site that makes learning online interactive and easy. In Internet terms, your eGroup is called a "discussion board", a virtual meeting room where you will join with other like-minded people and your mentor, Nancy Eubel, in an interactive discussion on thoughts are things.
In the virtual meeting room, you will have access to the written and audio materials prepared for you by Nancy. Every Wednesday, Nancy will post a lesson along with exercises for you to practice during the week. Posting is very similar to sending an e-mail, except that all the e-mails are viewed within your virtual meeting room. You may post your thoughts, questions, and experiences on the site for Nancy and the other participants to read and respond to. In this way, everyone will benefit from one another's experiences and insights and the coaching offered by Nancy to individuals.
Once you register for your A.R.E. eGroup, we will send an e-mail from eGroups@edgarcayce.org detailing how to access and navigate our discussion board for the eGroup Becoming: Who You Truly Came Here to Be. . Then, you're in! You will be able to visit your eGroup any time you desire. The meeting room is accessible 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and you may participate at your convenience from anywhere in the world. There are no specified times that you have to be in the room. You decide when and how often you wish to participate.
