Hypnotherapy Appointment Screening
For your initial hypnotherapy appointment here, and for any regression or spiritual exploration purposes, we recommend the 1½ -hour session. Follow-up appointments for behavioral change (like stop smoking or weight management) can be 1-hour sessions. The session will be audio-taped for your continued use at home.
Please share with us, if you will, your purpose for the appointment, whether, for example, you seek behavioral change, stress or pain management, spiritual exploration, or regression. This will help us determine the best treatment room for your appointment.
Because one of our treatment rooms is upstairs in the building, we will also want to know whether climbing stairs is a challenge for you.
If you have any of the following conditions, we will need a doctor’s written referral to schedule your hypnotherapy session:

- Heart Disease
- Epilepsy
