Special Opportunity to Participate in Research
Castor Oil Pack and HIV/AIDS Project
Twenty participants are wanted for our Certified Iridologist’s research project on Castor Oil Packs and HIV/AIDS. A previous case study showed improvement in the number of lymphocytes in the blood after Castor Oil Packs. This study further tests that finding with a group of 20 HIV/AIDS patients who will receive Castor Oil Pack applications over a twelve-week period. Ideally, participants will begin the study as soon as possible after a regular blood test. Those test results, along with HIV/AIDS verification, and later, follow-up blood test results (at the conclusion of the study) will be furnished to the researcher by the participant.
Additionally, participants will receive a journal to make brief daily notes during the study. During each 75-minute appointment, blood pressure and weight will be measured and recorded, iridology photos to track progress will be taken by the clinician, and the participant will have a castor oil pack application. At the completion of the 12 sessions, the participant may also retain the castor oil pack for months more of continued use.
Iridology Evaluation Reports will be done at the beginning and at the end of the study, and copies of both the initial and final full Iridology Reports will be furnished to each participant who completes the study. Iridology (iris diagnosis) is a method used to analyze the individual’s health status by studying colors, marks and signs in the iris, pupil, and sclera of the eye. In reading the iris to gain insight to the body there are several characteristics that are studied. These include, but are not limited to, layers, colors, rings and spots.
Your first session is $20. When you check in for your second session, if you’re ready to commit to the remaining 11 sessions, you may pay $180 for the balance of the study – you’ll pay a total of $200 for the 12 sessions. Otherwise, you may simply pay $20 each session, for a total of $240 for the 12 sessions.
Sessions can begin at any time during March, 2010. Please call the Health Center at 757-437-7202 to schedule!
