Group Experiential Sessions
Healthy group work can expand cooperation within the group, in addition to bolstering the strength, compassion, and interpersonal skills of the individuals in their personal and business lives. These group sessions provide rewarding education/entertainment as retreat activities, staff development, family's or friends' outings.
These 90-minute group sessions can be held in a private room at the A.R.E., where you may wish to allow additional time to enjoy the beach, the meditation garden, stone labyrinth and reflexology walk on your own. A session can also be arranged for your Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake place of business, hotel meeting room, or home.
The Dream Circle or Group Hypnotherapy for 6 to 25 persons, 90 minutes, $250.
In larger groups, to 250 persons, the Dream Circle will format as an enlightening lecture and demonstration; Group Hypnotherapy will maintain its same format. 2-hours $350.

In a dream circle, you will learn a powerful method for clarifying your understanding of dream images so that you can utilize their guidance every day. In dreams, your body often sends you messages that can help you improve your health, transform your relationships, understand your own subconscious patterns, and live your authentic soul-purpose.
The Dream Circle is facilitated by Dr. Joy Bloom, under whose guidance the circle will explore one or two volunteered dreams from members of the group. Dr. Bloom will also provide a resource for each individual to use in his/her further dream work.

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and focused concentration. In this state one can utilize suggestions for behavioral change. Hypnosis is not sleep; the subjects will remember everything. We experience hypnosis naturally each day as we go in and out of sleep. The hypnotherapist uses our natural ability to access this state.
In fact, hypnosis has been shown to be a safe, effective way to help improve your mental and physical wellbeing and it has been endorsed by the American Medical Association as a valid therapeutic tool since 1958. A group hypnosis session can help each of the individuals to focus the body, mind and spirit to:
- Lower stress and diminish its depleting effects on the body
- Change eating habits for weight management and improved health
- Conquer negative habits, such as smoking
- Foster healing of body, mind, and spirit
Explore inner soul consciousness through past-life regression. In a group setting, the individuals will experience different regressions, naturally, but can gain tools to:
- Investigate karmic relationships and the individual's life path
- Guide the life journey and aid in connecting with the individual's inner wisdom
- Improve self-esteem
- Foster healing of body, mind, and spirit
