The Leaping Lizard Café at
the Cayce/Miller Café at A.R.E.
Located in the historic Cayce Hospital building, the Cayce/Miller café
now offers menu options from the Leaping Lizard, a local favorite
restaurant once featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and
Dives featuring Guy Fieri. Bill Prince, the founder and owner of Leaping Lizard,
prides himself on farm fresh ingredients—in fact, that’s how his restaurant got
started—making their food a perfect match for the Cayce-recommended local
and organic diet. Prince’s part-time produce stand ran for eight years prior to
the opening of his popular café, which serves fresh and local ingredients and
features sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, baked goods, vegetarian and
gluten-free options, and much more. Open to A.R.E.’s visitors, conferees,
spa clients, and staff six days a week.
Hours of operation: Tuesday thru Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
with extended hours as needed for A.R.E. events.
