While this is true, they are unaware that their feet, legs, and pelvis are also chronically tense. Myofascial constrictions in the lower body is just as enervating as it is elsewhere in the body and it distorts the way people stand, walk, and move. In this workshop, you will receive a hands-on review of all the strokes you learned in the Myofascial Release Massage, Part I, Upper Body. It will build on, and integrate, what you learned in Upper Body, so that you will be able to offer your clients a complete head-to-toe Myofascial Release Massage. By the end of the class you will feel and know the difference that Myofascial Release Massage makes to the lower body alone, and the difference it can make to the entire body. Feel more relaxed, grounded and graceful. To learn more about this modality visit www.howardrontal.com.

Discover what is frequently the hidden cause of pain, muscle tension and mis-alignment, poor organ function, hormonal issues and other endocrine system imbalances — and relieve it.

The Pelvic-Thyroid-Adrenal Reflexes include reflexes for digestion, elimination and reproduction as well as Owens' (Chapman's colleague) "excellent means of promotion." Dr. Chapman’s Reflex points are nerve endings that connect deep within the body to assess and unlock lymphatic congestion efficiently and effectively. This simple and natural health treatment also effectively addresses complaints typically beyond regular bodywork and medical practice. The work has helped many people find lasting, more complete relief of pain, improved function and health.

Get lots of hands-on practice using various Ortho-Bionomy techniques to alleviate lymphatic congestion at specific sites. Ann has developed the coursework over many years, presenting a user-friendly learning experience so practitioners can put these important tools to work in their practice. Ortho-Bionomy works with ease and comfort for the client and practitioner.

Pre-requisite: Ability to balance the pelvis (Spine & Pelvis workshop) or permission of instructor – contact Ann at: suncenter@wholisticlifecenter.com
