The Cayce readings tell us we can access universal wisdom and truth by going within and attuning with God's energy. This experience will teach you to connect with your intelligent heart to gain insights that are not accessible through your conscious mind. The answers you receive to your questions will have the crystal clearness of universal truth. During the four weeks you will develop your own unique decision-making process. Putting it into practice will enable you to trust the guidance you receive and live in a way that you can always make this connection with your intelligent heart. As you strengthen the energy of this bond over time you will find yourself automatically looking within for answers to any and all of your questions. Doing this will bring you more and more into alignment with your desires and purposes as a soul - more aware of your relationship with the Divine. Also, as part of the group you will create an energetic medicine wheel by connecting heart to heart to send love and healing energy throughout the universe.

Summary of the Four-Week Experience

The first week informs you about making a connection with your intelligent heart to attune with God's will and access Divine wisdom. To facilitate this you will be led in an on-line audio streamed experience to clear any energy blocks in the 4th chakra - the energy center in the heart area - and then have a conversation with your heart. You will learn what the scientific community has discovered about the heart-mind and brain cells in the heart. Next, you will do an exercise that teaches you how to create the connection with your intelligent heart, and ask it a question about something that has been concerning you. It is most important to only ask for answers on which you plan to act, so your mission will be to follow your guidance and monitor what happens. As part of the group medicine wheel exercise you will create a connection between your heart and the heart of Mother Earth. If you wish, you will have a chance to share your experiences and results with other members on our discussion, and post questions for Nancy Eubel or the entire eGroup community to respond to. This week's lesson will lay the groundwork for making a conscious connection with your intelligent heart. The exercises will also teach you how to dialogue with your heart, ask it questions, and receive answers for your highest good. As you put the answers into practice you will begin to learn to trust this guidance.

In the second week you will be taught the Edgar Cayce approach to meditation and using it to go within for decision-making. An essential element of this method is setting a spiritual ideal. The essence of a spiritual ideal will be discussed, and an ideal will be given to the group for use during the four weeks. You will experience meditation through an on-line audio-streamed guided meditation. Then you will ask several questions that can be answered with "yes" or "no," and use meditation to receive the answers. Lastly, you will put the answers to the test by acting on them in your daily life, and measure the results. The medicine wheel creation for this week will be connecting heart to heart with members of the group as you send support and loving energy to each other. The purpose of this week is to learn to make decisions in accordance with your spiritual ideal.

During week three you will be taught a process for having a written dialogue with your intelligent heart to receive answers to any of your questions. Cayce called this inspirational writing. Discover what he said about its benefits, and the difference between inspirational and automatic writing. You will learn how to frame your questions effectively and how to enhance the flow of communication. You will ask a pre-determined question and receive an answer as you listen to an on-line audio streamed guided experience that leads you through the process. You will practice this again when you ask and receive an answer to a question you have formulated. The eGroup will also be given a message from the Universal Forces* that Nancy Eubel will ask for using inspirational writing. The medicine wheel exercise for this week will be to make a heart connection with the others in the group and then send love and healing to Mother Earth. Through discussion board postings you will have a chance to share not only your answers, but also the results of having followed their guidance with other members. The purpose of the exercises for this week is to provide you with a safe and recommended method to receive both practical and spiritual guidance for your life's questions - a method that is in keeping with your soul development.

In the fourth week you will use an on-line, audio streamed guided experience to create a sacred garden. In the garden you will meet your Inner Guide of the Heart who knows you and loves you completely on a day-to-day level. You will make a heart connection with this Guide, and give and receive a gift that will enhance your abilities to make decisions for your highest benefit. A second on-line audio streamed guided visualization will lead you and your Inner Guide to the Sacred Chamber of Your Heart. Here you will receive guidance on how to synthesize all you have learned in these four weeks into your own unique method of communicating with your intelligent heart. You will make a sacred contract with your heart to use this for decision-making in the future. You will experience, for a moment, what beneficial change using your intelligent heart will make in your life. The final medicine wheel exercise will be to finalize the activation of the wheel and send love and healing energy throughout the universe. If you wish, through discussion board postings, you will have a chance to share with other members what you received as your individual, decision-making spiritual process, and how you plan to put it into practice in the future. This week is intended to consolidate all the learning of the four weeks and provide you with your own unique methodology for connecting with your intelligent heart to receive guidance at any moment in time, keeping you in alignment with your true heart's desire.

Learning Methods during the eGroup:

• Online reading and lessons: Each week there will be information provided to help you build and strengthen your connection to the Divine intelligence of the heart. It is designed to assist you in opening the door to unlimited knowledge, and then use it to guide you on your soul's path.
  
• Audio presentations: Each week there will be at least one audio-streamed guided visualization to experience.
  
• Instructions and diagrams: Step-by-step instructions for many of the processes will be available for downloading. There will also be diagrams to accompany the instructions in one or more of the weeks.
  
• Practice exercises: Each week you will learn a different method of asking questions and receiving answers from your intelligent heart. You will be asked to put them into practice during the week and report on the results.
  
• Discussion board postings about your own experiences: You can decide each week how much you would like to share about your experiences and what changes may be taking place for you as a result. You can also post questions that you would like Nancy Eubel to respond to or that you would like to pose to the entire eGroup community.

Mentor Bio:

Nancy L. Eubel, MBA, MHt, Rt, is a master clinical hypnotherapist, and shamanic practitioner. As a workshop leader she teaches these methods for receiving guidance from the intelligent heart. She is a former Executive Director of the A.R.E., taught the Dreams and Meditation Class for the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy, and was a hypnotherapist at the A.R.E. Health Spa. She also gives talks and workshops about past-lives and awakening your inner guidance system across the country, and had an article on past-lives recently published in Venture Inward. Your A.R.E. eGroup will meet on an Internet discussion board. This discussion board has been created especially for A.R.E. by BulletinBoards.com, a secure Internet site that makes learning online interactive and easy. In Internet terms, your eGroup is called a "discussion board", a virtual meeting room where you will join with other like-minded people and your mentor, Nancy Eubel, in an interactive discussion on past lives.

In the virtual meeting room, you will have access to the written and audio materials prepared for you by Nancy. Every Wednesday, Nancy will post a lesson along with exercises for you to practice during the week. Posting is very similar to sending an e-mail, except that all the e-mails are viewed within your virtual meeting room. You may post your thoughts, questions, and experiences on the site for Nancy and the other participants to read and respond to. In this way, everyone will benefit from one another's experiences and insights and the coaching offered by Nancy to individuals.
