Dear Members & Friends in Texas and Louisiana:

This is to alert you to exciting happenings in Houston, Texas. The A.R.E. is in the process of acquiring the A.R.E. Houston Center and plans to create an "A.R.E. Health Center & Spa" in the very near future!

At the March 2008 Board meeting, A.R.E.'s Board of Trustees approved the acquisition and our plans for the future. Those plans entail launching a A.R.E. Health Center & Spa, much like we have in Virginia Beach, in January 2009, and beginning to offer Continuing Education classes, including Cayce-Reilly Massage Therapy.

Once the Spa is well underway, we hope to begin offering larger conferences at the A.R.E. Houston Center, expand the bookstore, and provide additional wellness center treatments and therapies. In the longer term, my hope is that we can also provide Spanish-language outreach materials, books and educational programs from the A.R.E. Houston Center.

We need your help in making these plans happen! I will be coming to Houston for a Town Meeting and Social on Sunday, June 1, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. During that meeting, I will talk with you about A.R.E.'s evolving plans for the Cayce Work's future in your area. I also want to hear your thoughts about how we can begin to grow this Houston activity that has been so carefully nurtured over the years.
