Workshop space is limited and tends to fill up quickly. Please register early to guarantee a spot in each workshop. Most courses offer an Early Registration Discount if class is paid for, in full, at least thirty days in advance. All workshops require 50% of tuition ($50 minimum if class is less than $100) at the time you register. An administrative fee of $50* is a non-refundable, non-transferable fee, should you withdraw from the workshop at any time. When your deposit is received, a written confirmation, receipt of payment and balance information will be sent. Confirmation letters may contain special instructions on what to bring or wear to your workshop. All classes must be paid in full seven (7) days prior to the first day of class.
Once we receive your registration and payment:
- You will receive a confirmation letter and receipt.
- If you do not receive a confirmation, contact Continuing Education at 757-457-7134.
- Fill out our secure on-line registration form, for Virginia Beach workshops or for the Houston workshops, remember to include your credit card information.

Sufficient enrollment must be met in order to present any workshop. The Cayce/Reilly School and workshop instructors reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. If a workshop is cancelled by the school, the participants are advised of the cancellation twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the workshop start date, and any money paid toward that workshop is refunded in full. In the unlikely event that you cannot attend a workshop for which you are registered, please call the school at least twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the start date of the course. Upon notification, all tuition paid toward the workshop will be refunded minus the $50* non-refundable, non-transferable administrative fee, which will be forfeited. Cancellations made within twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the start date of the workshop will result in 50% of tuition being forfeited to the school. No refunds will be given to participants who withdraw seven (7) days or less before the start date of a workshop or fail to attend the class without notice.
If you have to make travel plans to attend the workshop, please call the school no later than three weeks (21 calendar days) before class to verify the status of the enrollment. In the event that circumstances outside the control of the instructor and/or school require the cancellation of the workshop in less than three weeks (21 calendar days) prior to the start date - the school will refund any money it received from you. However, you will be responsible for any other cancellation fees/expenses you may have incurred (plane tickets, hotel deposits etc.).
In the event that the school decides to cancel a workshop and you decide to transfer your tuition instead of receiving a refund, you have up to three (3) months to transfer (from the date of transfer) into another desired course. After the three (3) month period, your tuition will be forfeited. The transfer will not apply to next year's classes.
*The non-refundable deposit required for Colon Hydrotherapy is $825.
