With a shift in focus and skills gained in this workshop, you can transform simple movements into an invaluable part of every session — and make a subtle and powerful shift in your work. Many students say this class is the easiest to integrate with current modalities -- and achieve super results. Clients love it!

Develop skill in recognizing and utilizing the inherent and preferred movement patterns of joints, muscles, fascia and whole body movement patterns. The entire body will be covered. Observe, demonstrate and experience how movement can be used to:
  • Assess where to work in minutes, even seconds,
  • Release stuck, stubborn areas, and free restrictions and pain,
  • Demonstrate expanded range and freedom of movement,
  • Re-pattern and integrate improvements achieved for long-lasting benefit,
  • Increase circulation, lymph, and energy flow with ease,
  • Create connection throughout the body and improve coordination, flexibility, fluidity and function,
  • Give clients a positive, “alive” feeling in their bodies and enhance physical presence,
  • Add a fun, effective, and dynamic element to your work that is easy on the practitioner and client.

"After only one class, I’m doing things with clients that I never would have considered doing before. The results are great. In a matter of minutes I know where the client needs work. I can hardly wait to learn more." C.W. LMT-IL

"I didn’t realize how much movement can add to a session. My client was on Cloud Nine." A.V. LMT-IL

These workshops are known as Phase 4, but think of it as 1 - 4. Movements and positions of comfort facilitate the release of over-all stress and tension in muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons by stimulating the body's self-corrective, proprioceptive reflexes, often in as little as 10 seconds. The body restores alignment, function, circulation and overall well-being naturally, from the inside-out. These techniques help relieve all kinds of joint pain, muscular pain, fascial pain, referred pain, tingling and problems related to nerve impingement. Increase range of motion and flexibility, speed recovery from injury, as well as promote deep, restorative relaxation, essential for healing, health and overall well-being. Along with an introduction to Ortho-Bionomy, in Lower extremities you will learn how to release tension and imbalances and restore alignment and function for the femur, the knee, including the meniscus, the ankle, heel, three arches and every bone in the foot, as well as four ways to release the psoas without causing pain. We’ll discuss the relationship of low back pain, sciatic pain and unstable pelvis to the leg and foot. This class will also include several key releases for the entire body, time for questions and, if time allows, a review of other Ortho-Bionomy techniques - a bonus for new students and clarity for continuing students.
