• Send in only your own name to request prayer. Your name will appear on the next printed list in the time period you designated.
• Pray for others whose names appear on the list, such as those appearing in the same time of day, those on the “passed on” list, or those to whom you are drawn.
• Send your prayer request to be received in the office by the fifteenth of the month.
• Renew your request, if desired. Prayer requests are for one month only.
• Keep your own personal prayer list – please do not send it to us. We will pray for you; you pray for those on your own list.

All names are given to the Glad Helpers Prayer Group. This group meets Wednesdays, 9am to 12noon, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. If you are in the area, come and pray with us.
