The Cayce Cleanse is a wonderfully restorative cleanse as well as a tonic for the whole body. The castor oil pack works to detoxify the liver and ascending colon, while the reflexology gently stimulates organs, bone, and muscle. Next, your colonic works to cleanse the large intestine, followed by the steam/fume bath to help you detoxify through the skin, your body’s largest organ of elimination. Your therapist will guide you in selecting from our essential oils to add a healthful aroma to your steam. The facial and massage complete your package of refreshment to muscle, blood, lymph, skin, and nerve tissue.
The Lymph Cleanse specifically targets the lymphatics, critical to the body’s immune system. It begins with the castor oil pack, which cleanses and detoxifies the liver and ascending colon. During the pack, acupressure, with its direct finger pressure on acupuncture points, works to release and reduce stress, tension, and pain. The colonic then cleanses the large wastes from the body, opening pathways for the finer eliminations from blood and lymph. To complete this package, your Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®) therapist applies the series of refined, slow, rhythmical manual movements, which are signature to this therapy. MLD® produces a calm, relaxed state, drains excess fluid (congestion) from systems and tissues, balances the nervous system, and bolsters health in the immune system.
The Skin Cleanse provides a healthful pampering and rejuvenation of the body’s largest organ, the skin. The castor oil pack and the foot reflexology do their part to gently stimulate and detoxify internal organs. Sixteen pounds of Epsom salts added to your bath provide the buoyant and soothing cleanse through the skin, after which a triple paraffin dip for the hands and feet soothe dry skin and sore muscles and joints in these sensitive areas. The facial and massage, which complete your package, refresh muscle, blood, lymph, skin, and nerve tissue, leaving you with a beautiful glow.
The Internal Cleanse focuses on improving the functioning of the lungs and large intestine (the colon). People who have experienced alternating lung and colon problems may benefit from this spa package. After the castor oil pack works to stimulate the liver and colon, your therapist performs the specific acupressure technique to open the meridian, or energetic channel, between the lungs and the large intestine. Then the colonic cleanses the large intestine and the steam/fume bath helps you detoxify through the skin. Your therapist will guide you in selecting from our essential oils, to provide soothing aromatherapy with the steam. The package finishes with your choice of massage or Reiki to restore whole-body balance.
