The Antioxidant Lifestyle - Eliminating Free Radicals 
     Proper diet and exercise are important lifestyle choices that can provide antioxidant effects resulting in a decreased risk for illnesses such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes.  The key to understanding this concept is to work with process by which the body eliminates free radicals before they can damage tissue.  Harold Reilly's C.A.R.E. approach provides a sensible plan for living the antioxidant lifestyle.
 
Is Cayce Passé? 
    It has been over fifty years since Edgar Cayce gave his psychic discourses.  Has this material become irrelevant?  Based on recent advances in our understanding of multidimensional healing and the vasomotor model of asthma, Cayce's ideas are certainly not passé.  We have barely scratched the surface of the Cayce health information.  Most likely, it is a case of our being so far behind in our understanding and application that Cayce's time has not yet come. 
 
 
The Selve's of an Entity - Multiple Personalities and Beyond 
      Many psychological theories suggest that we are each composed of various parts or personalities.  Multiplicity is not necessarily a pathological condition (ie., multiple personality disorder).  This article contains some simple suggestions for staying on the healthy side of multiplicity. 
 
Almonds Reduce Cancer Risk in Rats 
     Researchers at the University of California at Davis conclude that almond consumption may reduce colon cancer risk, based on a study involving feeding almonds to rats. 
 
Pagano Speaks at International Psoriasis Conference 
     Dr. John Pagano's presentations at the 8th International World Conference on Psoriasis were well received.  Dr. Pagano made it clear that the inspiration for his dealing with the disease came from the discourses of Edgar Cayce. 
 
Heredity and Bipolar Disorder 
     Keeping a balance of creative energies is the key to dealing with bipolar tendencies that may have a genetic basis.
