Apple Brandy Inhalant
Using Edgar Cayce’s apple brandy inhalant during
the winter is a simple home remedy. The readings state that apple
brandy fumes purify the lungs, acting as an antiseptic that can heal lung
tissue. It is also most comforting as a preventive at the first
sign of respiratory distress. This article provides basic information
for using this treatment. A new simplified alternative is also discussed. |
Cinnamon Treat
Cinnamon is one of those herbs that tastes
so great, you eat it without even thinking about its health benefits.
Some recent studies have begun to change the image of this tasty spice.
The latest science suggests that cinnamon may be helpful for treating diabetes
and killing deadly bacteria. Edgar Cayce included cinnamon in one
of his standard herbal tonics for diabets. Consistent with the traditional
herbal use of cinnamon, Edgar Cayce also typically prescribed cinnamon
as part of a nausea remedy. |

Water Crystals
Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher who
focuses on the physical and metaphysical properties of water, has published
a delightful book titled The Message from Water. The book
is a visual reminder that we don’t necessarily have to understand how the
mind works to appreciate its power and beauty. It can help each of
us to be more aware of how we are continually influencing (and being influenced
by) everything within us and around us. |
