Are Angels Real? New Book by Local Author Seeks to Answer

Virginia Beach, Va. – This month, Edgar Cayce expert Kevin Todeschi released his 26th book, Edgar Cayce on Angels and the Angelic Forces. “Cayce suggested there are celestial beings who are concerned for our welfare and are somehow involved in our lives and activities here on earth,” Todeschi said.  This book explores the extent of the role these forces play in our lives—and how we can enhance that role.

Todeschi shares the wealth of information and wisdom found in Cayce’s readings on angels along with contemporary stories about angels. As someone who has spoken on six continents, Todeschi has often received stories from individuals around the world who have experienced both divine and angelic encounters.

The Edgar Cayce information on angelic encounters not only contend that each individual has guardians who are responsible for overseeing each soul’s wellbeing and development but they also suggest that some of the angelic realms are involved in their own pathway toward growth and development, just as we are. Cayce also provided some unique addendums to the biblical accounts of angels, and offered a unique perspective on the topic of fallen angels and the antichrist. In addition, on a number of occasions while doing his psychic work, the Archangel Michael spoke through the sleeping Cayce offering guidance and counsel. Todeschi’s latest work also provides insights into the nature of spiritual guides.

Todeschi is executive director and CEO of the locally headquartered nonprofit Association for Research and Enlightenment (known as Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E.). He has studied the Cayce material for more than 35 years and has lectured in front of thousands of individuals. A prolific writer, Todeschi’s other titles include Edgar Cayce on Vibrations, The Best Dream Book Ever, and the best-selling Edgar Cayce on the Akashic Records. In addition to his non-fiction books, he is also the author of several fiction novels, including The Rest of the Noah Story, and A Persian Tale.

Edgar Cayce founded the non-profit Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in 1931, to explore spirituality, holistic health, intuition, dream interpretation, psychic development, reincarnation, and ancient mysteries—all subjects that frequently came up in the more than 14,000 documented psychic readings given by Cayce, who died in 1945. The mission of A.R.E. is simply to help people around the world change their lives for the better through the ideas and information found in the Cayce readings. The Virginia Beach headquarters is a popular site for locals and tourists with free daily lectures, a Health Center & Spa, the Cayce/Reilly® School of Massage, an extensive metaphysical library, a meditation garden, a stone labyrinth, and a bookstore and gift shop. Visitors from around the world come to experience conferences featuring speakers on subjects like ancient mysteries, holistic health, and spiritual development. The campus is also home to Atlantic University, which offers two masters degrees (Transpersonal Studies and Leadership Studies) through an online platform, as well as continuing education and certificate programs. Through A.R.E.’s many programs, services, publications, and membership outreach, individuals from all walks of life and religious backgrounds are provided with tools for personal transformation and healing at all levels—body, mind, and spirit.
