Rural Retreat , VA

During this four-day retreat, we will engage in practices of meditation, mindful movement, social meditation, and nature-connection to explore our relationship to ourselves, others, and our life path. We will go on a journey of discovering how to honor and appreciate our current way of being while stepping more fully into the deep truth of who we are and how we long to connect with others and show up in the world.

This program will have a focus on bringing a sense of presence, authenticity, and bravery-vulnerability into the moments we share with others while dancing more confidently with our life path. Everything we will do on this retreat is rooted in the understanding that dancing the path is a process of learning to connect with, trust, and radiate the innate goodness, kindness, strength, and wisdom within our human hearts and minds.

Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in.
-Leonard Cohen

Our leader on this journey of discovery will be Geoff Cox, a coach and teacher of mindful communication, meditation, and qi gong based out of Charlottesville, VA.
