This journaling workshop will offer ideas, techniques and practice to reconnect to your authentic self. In our life journey, it is easy for us to lose sight of our goals and intentions. Journaling offers us an opportunity to reconnect with self. In this reconnecting, we can affirm our prior choices and goals, make changes, or create an entirely different plan based on the person we have become. This workshop will provide a safe place to interact through the sharing thoughts and ideas as well as journaling exercises. Prior to the workshop, think about your journey. Are there aspects that you question? Are there dreams that you regret leaving behind? Come to this workshop ready to start finding your authentic self through the journaling process.
Feel free to bring your current journals if you would like. Presenter will provide plain paper as well as other supplies to be used in this workshop.

Jessica Zoby is a graduate of the Cayce Reilly School of Massage Therapy and is a massage therapist at the A.R.E. Health Center and Spa. She has also completed Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and offers individual coaching. Jessica is currently completing her Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Old Dominion University where she has worked in the Writing Center as a writing consultant. As a lifelong journal keeper, Jessica has always appreciated the value of journaling. She has studied and practiced different forms of journaling styles and is eager to share the joy of journaling with you.
