The Cayce readings presented for today’s seeker.

Whether you are new to the Edgar Cayce philosophy or have studied the readings for years, this exploration of his material speaks to you today in a way that is readily understood and applied to your life.

Even as we adjust to changes in our lives during this pandemic, we can find ways to combat fear and isolation, and support our emotional and physical wellness, through the wisdom found in the readings.

“But keep a normal balance, not being an extremist in any direction—
whether in diet, exercise, spirituality or morality—but in all let there
be a coordinant influence. For, every phase of the physical, mental
and spiritual life is dependent upon the other. They are one…”
