“EFT is a simple, powerful process that can profoundly
influence gene activity, health, and behavior.”
— Bruce Lipton, PhD
EFT, “Emotional Freedom Techniques” (also called “Tapping”), is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, combined with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on twelve acupuncture points. Over 20 clinical trials published in peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals have demonstrated that EFT is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, pain, and many other problems.
During this intensive, experiential training, you will:
- Gain a new understanding of the mind/body connection and how your thoughts and emotions affect your body
- Become confident using EFT for yourself and others
- Learn how to release stress, emotional hurts, fears, grief, and trauma
- Learn to use EFT to address emotional contributors to physical discomfort and pain
Clinical EFT Level 1 training is the first step toward certification and teaches participants how to unlock the full potential of EFT. It consists of 8 learning modules that build participants’ skills, step-by-step, in understanding and practicing the core techniques of EFT.
Clinical EFT Level 2 training moves participants through supervised practice to gain a deeper understanding of EFT. It allows those interested in completing certification to sharpen their practitioner skills and learn additional methods to use with clients.
Attendees may take Levels 1 and 2 back-to-back. Includes comprehensive training manual. Certificates awarded.
