Together we will explore the journey of those spiritual seekers who came before us and learn to use tools that can expand our journey within. Let’s walk in spirit together and as individuals. Mindfulness is the key to this spiritual adventure!

Teresa of Avilla, Krishnamurti, Evagrius, and Edgar Cayce all left behind wisdom and road signs to guide us on our journey. These signs assist us in arriving safely while also challenging us as we grow spiritually.

Each 90-minute session starts with insights of how these wise spiritual seekers found their own way to ONEness, and how we can put that direction into our own lives. Using guided meditation, Cindy will lead you deeper into connecting with your inner joy!

At the end of our summer school time together, you will receive a certificate of completion. More importantly, you will gain a boost and multiple companions in your own spiritual journey.
