In this noisy, distracting, and often chaotic world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. But if you are often told that you are “too sensitive” or to “grow a thick skin,” here is a practical guide for staying connected to your empathic abilities while building resilience and exploring your gifts of depth and compassion. As a highly sensitive person, you often feel things deeply or absorb the emotions of others. You may find that people often confide in you and turn to you for advice, or that you can sense when someone is not being honest. These traits among others are signs that you are highly sensitive in a world that truly needs your skills and abilities. This enlightening webinar featuring Integrated Holistic Health Coach Christina Grozik will explore the world of the empath and provide you with a guide to restore your balance and find your center--and turn your sensitivities into superpowers!
