In this 3-part interactive workshop, Karen will offer sympathetic, yet practical advice on something we all must eventually face at some point in life—the death of a loved one. Karen herself has experienced deep personal loss, and she will share what she's found to be most helpful for coping with a loved one’s passing, for processing grief, and for staying connected to them in spirit. She will guide you through healing techniques she's used on herself and with clients, such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping), Ho'oponopono (a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness), the “law of attraction,” energy healing, prayer, and meditation.
Karen will also show you how to maintain your connection with your loved ones - even your pets! - who have passed away. You'll learn ways to communicate with them and recognize "without a doubt" signs from them, as well as how to connect with a reputable psychic medium if you chose to do so. In this comforting and uplifting workshop you'll discover how you can keep the memory of your loved ones alive while moving on with the rest of your life, so you can heal your life after their death.
