James Van Auken, PhD, a long-time mindfulness practitioner and teacher, will be leading these meditations.  James Van Auken received training in both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Koru Mindfulness, and regularly teaches and lectures on mindfulness and leadership.  James Van Auken also conducted a multi-year research study exploring mindfulness in leadership, the outcomes of which highlighted the importance of having a mindfulness practice.
