7:00 PM - 8:30 PM ET
The goal of meditation is to go beyond the mind and experience our essential nature—which is described as peace, happiness, and bliss. But as anyone who has tried to meditate knows, the mind itself is the biggest obstacle standing between ourselves and this awareness.
Meditation reduces stress related conditions such as anxiety and depression. When we meditate, the brain and nervous system undergo radical changes that cause the reduction and prevention of these conditions. Meditation increases stress resilience.
If you have any searching questions, you can find that the answer is within. Join us for this community meditation to elevate our individual frequencies and raise our collective vibration as we align with our mind, body, and soul.
