Aligning the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection - A Tarsia Center Program
November 12, 2023
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET

A core principle of integrative health care and healing is the connection of mind, body, and spirit. However, in order to understand and apply Cayce’s approach to transforming any kind of dis-ease, more needs to be done. There must also be alignment among the three – or what Cayce often called attunement.
We’ll start this two-hour webinar with a short and confidential personal assessment questionnaire – in essence, asking oneself, “Where are the places in my life where I don’t feel aligned with the best of who I am? Where am I off?”
Then we’ll explore how living with authenticity is a catalyst for healing and creates conditions of alignment and attunement. You will be introduced to a template from Cayce’s health readings for alignment and attunement.
- Know what you believe in.
- Practice gratitude and appreciation.
- Cultivate a meditation approach that practices the attunement of mind, body, and spirit; then set goals for daily mindfulness whenever you confront any kind of dis-ease or dis-stress in your life.
You’ll leave this webinar with a personal plan of application for living with enhanced alignment, attunement, and whole-heartedness. This plan will be your next step toward healing and wholeness in all parts of your life.
This webinar is offered by the A.R.E.’s new Tarsia Center for Inner Transformation and Healing.
Registrants for this program will receive a $49 credit toward tuition for the 14-week online course “Keys to Inner Transformation and Healing” which begins in early January 2024.
