Who is likely to benefit from “Keys to Inner Transformation”?
You are going through a transition in your life now. Transitions—as difficult and disturbing as they can sometimes be—can also be an opening to a new and healthier way of being. However, it takes wisdom and support to skillfully navigate a transition. Sometimes, the transition involves the challenge of letting go of the past and courageously looking to what might come next. Other times, the transition calls you to a new understanding and commitment to your values and ideals. A transition can be something such as starting a new career, entering into marriage or parenthood, or moving to a new home.
You are struggling with some type of “disease.” It may manifest in one or more ways. It can show up as a physical health problem, an attitudinal difficulty, an emotional woundedness and feeling of being “stuck,” or even a spiritual crisis.
You feel ready for “change” in your life, but you want something more profound than a self-improvement change—which is simply rearranging and adjusting the familiar parts of who you are. You are ready for transformational change, which involves a broader way of knowing and experiencing yourself and your place in the world. You are ready to add a dimension that comes from the engagement of your spiritual ideal and all the connections of body, attitudes, and emotions that move your life toward Oneness.
You are at a time for constructive reflection about your life – a purposeful pause to reassess and recalibrate what comes next for you. This can manifest as the need to find answers to some deep questions, or as a call to step back from your many life experiences and connect to an inner wisdom that reveals a way forward to enhanced health and healing. This kind of pause and reflection can foster in you the assurance that you are using your gifts and talents to contribute to the well-being of the world.
